2022 & Reorienting Our Focus
In this week’s episode, we begin part one of a two part series on our short-term rental in Charleston, South Carolina. You’ll get to hear directly from me as I get into specific numbers of the purchased rental property, and also the kind of equipment and tools we use to help make the rental process as seamless as possible for everyone involved.

This week, we’re back from the holiday break! We worked really hard on getting our new properties up and running in 2021, so 2022 is going to be a year of reorienting our focus onto ourselves, and determining what’s best for us. An investment could be technically in the black, but is it worth the time you’re spending on it?
